Kevin Duncan

Kevin is a business adviser, marketing expert, motivational speaker and author.

After 20 years in advertising, he has spent the last fifteen as an independent troubleshooter, advising companies on how to change their businesses for the better, via change management programs, training, facilitation, and non-exec work.

Kevin can turn his hand to many things: signature programmes based on his books; motivational speaking; facilitating away-days and conferences; training; repositioning brands; producing business and marketing plans, strategies and creative solutions; advising on company structures; writing speeches; improving new business effectiveness; pitch writing; and action non-exec work.

In agencies, he has worked with over 400 clients, deployed £600m of funds on more than 200 brands, overseen over 1,000 projects, and won 35 awards for creativity and effectiveness.

As Expert Advice, Kevin has completed over 500 jobs for 120 clients, most recently for Aegis, Arcadia/Top Man, Brainjuicer, Discovery Channel, DLKW Lowe, Engine Group, Iris, JWT, London Stock Exchange, M&C Saatchi, Maxus, Metro, Nokia, Orange, Pagefield, RBS, Royal Mail, Saatchi & Saatchi, Shell, T-Mobile, The Guardian, 100% Open, and 20thCentury Fox. He has trained over 6,000 people and tutors at Kings College London. His Greatest Hits blog summarises the thinking in over 200 business books and is accessed by 1000s monthly.

Kevin has made a number of radio and press appearances, often appearing as a commentator on the absurdity of modern language at work. His current books are The Dictionary of Business Bullshit, The Diagrams Book and The Ideas Book.
