Claire Fox, author of ‘Work-Life Symbiosis: The Model for Happiness and Balance’ is an engaging, thought provoking Human Resources professional and speaker on, amongst other things, leadership, personal impact and getting the most out of work and life. Claire is a Human Resources professional, having worked in this field for more than 15 years in both global and local role. She has spent a significant period of time at Unilever, having started her career in an entrepreneurial, fast-growth start-up, and now works as a Global Human Resources Director for Save the Children International.

Claire is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and has a Masters degree in Management. A qualified fitness instructor, Claire competed for the England senior team and Great Britain junior team as a white water slalom canoeist for a number of years and also captained the Great Britain junior team to the World Championships. She currently captains a tennis team. She has two children, aged three and four, and has worked part-time for the last three years so that she can enjoy spending plenty of time with them. Claire enjoys public speaking and has spoken at many events and conferences.
